Feng Shui and your Cubicle

August 9th, 2006

Boy, there seem to be a lot of folks looking for information on how to Feng Shui their cubicles lately!

Your workspace is a very important part of your life… after all, much of your most power-necessary activity is performed in that space.

Just a few quick tips:

1. If at all possible, make sure you can face the entrance of your cubicle. If not possible, face to the side so you can at least partially see those entering. If that isn’t possible, a large mirror over the desk so you can see those entering will have to suffice.

2. Make sure to bring positive living energy into your space. An odd number of green plants, and perhaps a small fountain near the entrance of your cubicle can do wonders.

3. The color red facing your cubicle entrance. Either a red piece of clothing (such as a sweater) on the back of your chair facing the entrance, or perhaps a large red ribbon, will keep negative chi at bay.
